3D Display

In the last few years we have completely removed the 2D design in favor of the inclusion of 3D visualization workstations thanks to a light and free software that enables the loading of heavy assemblies in a short time, allowing employees in the production area to stay connected with the office. This change was dictated by the desire to improve the quality and the accuracy of machining, accustoming all the production workers to a more comprehensive understanding of the project.

Tebis CAM CAD

This software offers comprehensive solutions and highly efficient, increasingly digital, automated and interconnected CAD / CAM processes. Our goal is to gain a competitive advantage, accelerating the execution cycles, exploiting effectively the means of production and streamline all work processes. The CNC programs are no longer made on the machine, but rather directly on a dedicated CAM system. The software, in addition to offering a high degree of automation allows to simulate all the CNC programs in a virtual environment that faithfully reproduces the real conditions.

Deposyta Tools

This is an automatic robotized warehouse with translating trays. Created for the management and distribution of tools, inserts and plates, Deposyta allows us to manage purchases and monitor any abnormal consumption during machining processes. The consumption analysis allows to optimize work cycles obtaining also a better cost management.
